Job Description

As a piccoline at Liquidminds, you're the host of the agency and the welcoming face for our guests. You are responsible for a serie of set tasks and an opportunity to contribute various ad-hoc tasks during the week.

Your tasks will be diverse and include the following:

  • Organisation and cleaning: To keep the office welcoming and well-maintained, you’ll be responsible for daily cleaning tasks that ensure the space stays neat, tidy, and ready for both colleagues and guests.
  • Social planning: Organising social events such as birthdays, friday bar or other occations for celebrating our great team and colleagues.
  • Handy-tasks: Assist with handling minor practical tasks around the office – whether it’s changing lightbulbs, fixing small issues, or making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Administrative Tasks: E.g., document handling and answering phone and e-mails.
  • Hosting and service: Setting up lunch for us and the company we share the building with, brewing coffee all day long and setting up for meetings.
  • Ad hoc Tasks: Solve various tasks that arise in a busy and varied workday.

Are you...

  • Danish-speaking
  • Proactive, self-dependent and can take the tasks into their own hand.
  • Comfortable juggling many tasks and prioritizing them according to deadlines.
  • Ready to work in a fast-pace environment where there the tasks can vary from day to day
  • Take pride in keeping things in order and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty – from cleaning when needed to stepping in wherever an extra hand is helpful. An eye for details is considered as an advantage
  • A team player with a positive mindset and a yes-person who thrives in a fun, social environment with great colleagues.

The position is 20-25 hours per week at our office in Frederiksberg. The hours is from 8.30 to 13.30 monday to friday. We value flexibility in terms of more hours in case of need.
